For homes with existing furniture however could do with some designer flare and styling assistance. Our team will come in prior to photography and bring the extra layering that will ensure the home shines when presenting to the market. This package is designed to work with a combination of both the clients and our items.

For the home that is empty! We will come in and fill all spaces and allow the property to shine for what it is. Our team will showcase the home and how to best utilise all spaces. We will enhance its beauty therefore evoke the emotions of your potential buyer.

This package is designed for clients who are Airbnb hosts, homeowners or Office space creators. Our interactive approach ensures that every step of the styling journey is tailored to your unique needs and preferences. From interactive mood and Pinterest boards, to purchasing of large furniture items, decor, linen, TV's, white goods we provide a full turn-key service.

Rates listed above are for a 6 week campaign based on a standard size home with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 living and 1 dining.
Additional spaces, larger rooms or tricky access will incur further costs.
Note: the Spruce Up Package is based on 2 x stylists and 1 van load of soft furnishings; if larger furniture items are required these will be quoted separately.
